About our course

There are 3 levels of food hygiene course for you to choose from depending on your business need:

Level 1

Within this course you will learn:

​

  • Food Hygiene practices

  • The law in relation to food hygiene

 

Standards in relation to food hygiene and best practice.

 

Level 2 - you will learn as mentioned in level 1 however, this course in tailored towards those handling and preparing food.

 

Level 3 - this course is designed for those who have a role as a manager or supervisor. This course teachers the learner:

  • Day to Day catering management and responsibilities

  • Food hygiene practices

  • Legal responsibilities

  • Food handling

  • Understanding of the HACCP food safety management system

Our Food Hygiene course can facilitate up to 15 candidates per course and is only available as face to face training.
